Small Appliance Repair
The wrong part was ordered--glass front, not entire door. I was charged $85 for the service call even though it was their mistake for getting the wrong part. The microwave was never repaired. It was a wasted service call. I didn't think I should have paid anything. I was even willing to accept half of the bill in a refund, but they refused to pay back a penny.
