Real Estate Service
Very poor service and advice from these agents. As a first time buyer I needed the voice of experience and compassion to guide me along, but they allowed me to buy an "as is" property at above market value. Their CMA was wrong and didn't take the sale conditions into account, their recommended inspector missed the most expensive repairs, and I'm stuck with a home I can't live in and can't afford to repair. And I paid much more than it's worth.
