My journey started with a leak in my pool. I called Splash Pools & Designs for a consultation and they were prompt in getting to the property to assess the situation. I was informed of the process and what the possible outcomes could be based on the where the leak could be found. They brought out a leak detection expert and he located the opening in the return line of my spa. They were also able to fix the underwater leak on the spot and verify the rest of the plumbing was in fact holding pressure. I was extremely satisfied with their prompt response and honesty in helping me with the leak. It could have been sold as a complete remodel and an extremely expensive repair but the team at Splash Pools & Designs went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and not overlooked.
