SIMMONS AIR CONDITIONING & HTG

It's hard tp find a good reliable A/C company. I trust them completely. I have a couple of rentals and have had multi-times to judge them since it's not just one condenser and furnace. What's separates them from the rest of the pack -- Esser, Hyde and General Air for instance -- they do no advertising. It's all word of month which is the best testimonial a company can get can get. Over the years, I have referred Simmons to at least five people --- all of which are very happy with them

I had been referred to Shane Simmons by one of their large customers so started out by calling him. The response for a bid to put in a new system was never fulfilled. I called back and he sent someone over to give me a bid, but that was not fulfilled. Today on a Saturday I had an emergency and spoke to Shane's brother or son (last name Simmons). He told me I should have a service contract but he wouldn't give me one on an older unit or one they had not installed. He said that he had a bigger job to work on and probably couldn't get out to work on it today. When I told him I had been trying to get a bid from them and needed the units serviced until I could get all of the bids to make a decision on installing a new unit he told me if that's they way I feel then he isn't going to service the until and hung up on me.

They come when I need him. I have had one emergency where my air conditioner did fail and when I called them they were able to be out the very next morning first thing and of course it failed in the evening in the middle of summer they were able to here at 8 o'clock the next morning, which was huge. They were extremely responsive and very professional. The guys that come in are always conscious about whether their shoes are dirty or not, they clean their feet before they come in the door and they are just very good, kind, courteous people. I would use them again.
