We emailed and called a few times to discuss what I wanted. I looked over his work online, and told him what I wanted. We had a VERY casual, backyard wedding (beer in buckets, quick "I do's"). Despite never meeting me before, or "rehearsing" anything, Robert showed up on time, and was very courteous and professional. He got some great shots, despite our disorganized-yet-really-fun wedding. He had a great attitude.
