Legacy Constructors is simply amazing! Our selection of them came down to communication. The way Legacy communicated and followed through with us before awarding our project to them led us to believe they would not run us around like other companies do. â ¢ References checked out excellent and are consistent with the overall quality and outcome of our remodeling project. â ¢ Responsive organized communication regardless of day or time. Same with subs. They really listened to us. Their suggestions really made a difference in outcome and quality of our project. We have little experience or knowledge in remodeling and their guidance throughout the project made a big difference. â ¢ They made a slight mistake and immediately reported it to us and had it corrected perfectly. We wouldnâ t have known a mistake was made if they would not have told us. This speaks highly to their ethics and integrity. â ¢ On time, on schedule, on budget. We felt like a valued client. In seeking estimates (from other companies), it always surprised us how our time and our schedules didnâ t matter to them. Missed or delayed appointments, no response to email, excuses and runaround. Randy was excellent to work with, very professional and personable. We wanted to get started and finished in a relative short period of time. His crew was fantastic. Victor, his foreman was very gifted and really fun to work with, he really produced an excellent result. We painted the entire inside of our home and Jorge did an incredible job with the help of Mario and Ricardo. I must also mention Albert, he did amazing work and was so polite . Randy and his team did a great job on our project. My wife and I love the kitchen remodel. Randy, Victor and his team were professional and trustworthy, which was important to us since we live on the east coast and could not be here to supervise the work. Some minor punch list items were quickly addressed. I will hire Legacy Constructors for future work.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms Randy was very easy to work with. He shared our vision for our home and gave great advice when we asked for it. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the finished product. He did little things that other contractors we have used didn't do. He is very professional and does a great job. We can't say enough good things about Randy Bills and would hire him in an instant if we ever needed a contractor for a new project, big or small.

Randy Bills was easy to work with and checked on all of his subcontractors work personally. He used very good subcontractors who were professional and did good work. Randy was always responsive and made sure everything down to smallest detail was perfect. Also we felt we paid a very reasonable amount for the work. Very happy with outcome and a pleasant experience overall.

I found Legacy to be reliable and honest. I'm a tough rater, and rarely will give anyone a 5star rating. Legacy's work had a couple of flaw's, but overall, was good and I would recommend these guys.

Legacy Contractors and their sub-contractors did a FANTASTIC job on our two bathrooms. Everyone was right on time; Randy Bills and wife, Sharon, (owners of Legacy) checked in with us and the subs everyday at least one or twice each day; and all the subs were very professional, did great work, and always left a clean work area when they left. My wife and I highly recommend this company. We will be checking back with them in the fall for a kitchen remodel.

Randy was great to work with. He provides excellent service, gets done on time, is very professional, neat and clean, corrects any discrepancies and is honest and hard working. The workers are great too. Staying on schedule ..especially when a home is turned upside down when a remodeling project is done is so critical and Randy makes it happen and meets your expectations.

The general contractor Randy Bills was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He offered good suggestions, was on time, and kept me informed of progress throughout the project. We remodprofessionaleled a kitchen, two baths, installed a skylight andtile flooring, and converted a carport to garage. His subs work well with him and are clean and on time. We love our "new home". PRICE FOR OVER ALL KITCHEN PLANS FOR US IS EXPENSIVE. SO WHAT WE DID IS THE CEILING FIRST. LEGACY DID A GREAT JOB ON THAT.
