First Choice AC

This is the first review we've written on Angie's List.  Atila Both and First Choice are unlike any HVAC we've ever hired.  First of all, Atila goes above and beyond to understand your situation.  I called him on a Saturday when our situation worsened and I was completely disgusted with the company who installed it originally.  He actually called me back and came to look at our HVAC on a Sunday without charging me -- or even asking me to pay for a service call.  We have used him extensively since and his character has been consistent.  In my experience, Atila is unique within the HVAC industry and the Coachella Valley.  He does not represent any company and is not an agent of sales.  He is an EXPERT at HVAC and a consultant -- not a salesman.  He is, essentially, an engineer and a consultant.  In our experience, he is also incredibly reasonable.  At the end of the day, we've been screwed by plenty of very nice service and sales people in the past -- and we didn't know better.  It's rare to find someone who actually has knowledge and a conscience.  Atila has both and those qualities make him irreplaceable to us.  It is not easy to find excellent technicians in the Coachella Valley and we can't say enough positive things to say about this company.
