They were good. They were honest. I was having problems with my pump and they said they would check first to see if there was a problem with the capacitor and in fact, there was. So they just replaced the capacitor and the pump was working fine. They could have told me that the pump was bad and I needed a new one but they didn't. They struggled with this and worked their way up. They were very responsive.
