All Haul

I would leave zero stars but it is not an option. I hired them for several projects at my house. It started out well but then he became unresponsive. Several projects were left unfinished. He hung a fan that does not work (he told me heâ  d replaced the inoperable fan). A tv he mounted is crooked. He has now ghosted me. I googled him in an attempt to locate him and see heâ  s at a rave when he should have been completing my job. Im so angry. Iâ  ve had to hire others to finish or correct his work. I am considering taking legal action against him.

The project was estimated for 3-5 days by Mark & Zak Blanton from All Haul directly - at day 17 the work was still not completed - we had to reschedule all appliance installs as well as housekeeping 2 times (with a fee) All work that was started was not executed properly. Install for Refrigerator Shut Off valve was several inches from the wall which would push the refrigerator into the kitchen several inches past the countertops / cabinets. The area for the electric range was not properly prepared for install. No power to electrical outlets / switches / lighting in Living room or 2 bedrooms. Did not install 3 requested ceiling fans (one was awaiting parts) Did not install 3 TV brackets or pull power to install 3 TV's. Installed 3 recessed lights into ceiling above dining space and taped with electrical tape to hold wiring together. Completely inoperable and causing a fire hazard for all electrical they worked on. Plumbing was turned off or the unit would be flooded - laundry room was left flooded from residual water from hoses not properly connected. A mess everywhere. Left our new tiled installed flooring uncovered in several areas for potential damage. Bathroom Vanity lighting installed - not secure - loose from walls. Installed Security Gate door improperly - does not stay secured - does not latch properly & out of alignment. Left A/C on daily when requested to turn off daily - very high bill. Very concerned for our safety as they keep texting and calling as they state they left items in the unit. Please help us resolve this matter - we have already had to hire additional service provider to repair and fix the full project

The owner had a very quick response time and he and his workers did a great job. They were quick, thorough, and had a very fair price. I would definitely use All Haul again in the future as well as recommend them to friends and family.

They were very efficient with the process from start to finish. Was a great experience overall
