The only suggestion I have is that they could do a better job doing after clean up. Need to invest in a portable vacuum cleaner. Work is excellent though. Miguel is an excellent plumber and Luis also did a good job! Both were very professional.

They worked very fast. They were very good.

Miguel did not review my repair with the repairman before dispatching him.He needed a ladder to get on my roof,which he did not have,instead pulled his truck into my drive way,jumped from his truck on to my roof.He attempted to cut a water line from my roof top solar water panel with out closing the valve.Did not have the correct size pipe insulation.I'm sure if the repairman had been better informed,had proper equipment and supplies,I would not be writing this comment.

The clean up after the job and the protection of the hard wood floor could have been better but the work was EXCELENT!

I really enjoyed my experience with YPS, from dealing with Miguel, to the workers, and their all around do-it-all girl Jennifer. The workmanship is second to none and the quality of work is exceptional. Will definitely call them again, first for any future project that I may have. Do yourself a favor and call YPS first.

Overall I am very satisfied with the work they did on my home. The pricing was fair and although they did go beyond their projected schedule, it was for an understandable reason and was not due to a delay on their part. My restroom came out looking great, they went above and beyond what I thought they would cover and kept me well informed along the way. There were a couple of minor issues with the installation but as soon as I notified them they took care of it right away. I would recommend this business for their cost, customer service, and great-looking end result.

YPS responded quickly with a quote, and Jennifer was always pleasant to deal with. The job ended up being a little more difficult than anticipated, but it was completed and I was happy with the end result.

Miguel from YPS (Cordova's Plumbing) is a great plumber, He fixed our main line before so we called him to fix the clog in our kitchen sink. He knew we were in a bind and gave us a fair price. It wound up being a extremely tough job. The clog ran back all the way to the main line. Miguel and his partner worked very hard and unclogged our drain. Most plumbers would have probably given up. He didn't raise the price on us and after he went over to my mother-in laws's house to fix her toilet. She had paid twice already to fix it, but Miguel was the only one who did it right. Miguel and his crew were great. They worked very hard to fix our main waterline to the three 70 year old family built houses on our property. They had to find water lines to each house which were not always where the should be. Their work was exceptional. We will always use them.

Left everything clean. Was on time and kind. Very fair pricing!
