Adam was very responsive and professional throughout our re-roofing experience. I asked several questions along the way and he always responded quickly by e-mail. Adam told me exactly what to expect each day. His team was extremely efficient. The foreman, Don, is a really nice person and quite a perfectionist, which is what you really want in a roofing foreman! I was also very happily surprised that they even re-roofed a little wooden shed that I had in the backyard so it would match the new roof on the house. I never had even thought of that, but their attention to detail was amazing. My roof is beautiful. I can't say enough about what a positive experience that it was to work with Adam and Don. I would absollutely recommend them!

Adam came and gave me an estimate and explained everything and he was on time. When I decided to go ahead, I called him and we set up an installation date for the next Thursday. He later called me and said he could do it Tuesday if I would like and we did this. He arrived with his men and gave them instructions. When I arrived back home about 4 hours later, they were gone and you would never have known work had been done because they cleaned up so well. The new ridgecaps look good. Adam then came later at my convenience to check the work and get my check. Everything went very smoothly.

They were very professional, and had we gone with a different type of roof we probably would have used them.

My experience with them were very good. We were definitely satisfied with the outcome of the roof. They showed up on time. They did it before they said they would complete the whole job. They said it would take four day, they took three so that was definitely nice.

I am guessing at the service date and price but deemed reasonable to me in checking others beforehand---with that aside, I must say that all of the staff were prompt, professional and amiable. They strive to make sure the customer is satisfied...even with the aesthetics of placing the round -edge-roof tiles just at the correct angle. They were tidy. Even the City inspector commented on how neat a job was done.

We have been doing energy efficiency upgrades on our house (built in the 1960s), and re-doing the roof was a must. Our old roof (which had no insulation) made our place was extremely hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. We got three bids from roofing companies (all highly recommended on Angie's list), and went with Rexway for several reasons--1) their number of high ratings on Angie's list for the number of jobs they completed successfully (with high grades) in our price range; 2) their cost estimates for labor and high quality, energy efficient materials for the job; and 3) their time-estimate for completing the job. It was a pleasure working with Adam Martin. He was extremely professional and down to earth, patient, and great with follow-up. He was *not* a "pushy salesman" (like we felt some of the other guys were), and he was the *only* roofer who mentioned bringing over plastic to cover our belongings because the job might get the inside of the house dirty. Adam said he thought the job would take 2.5 days, and they completed the work in 2 days. Their crew and foreman were good communicators, courteous and worked very efficiently and safely. Adam was here when the job got started, and saw to it that the crew test an area of the roof to see what the interior dust/dirt debris level would be when tearing off the old roof. We appreciated that Adam was thoughtful about our interior living environment during the job (and the clean up we'd need to do inside, after the job was over). We were grateful that he helped us prepare for this aspect of the job.

Dos: Mr. Martin, came looked at our roof gave us the best estimate, of other roofing companies, short and sweet, did a h*** of a job, I am very happy with it. Don'ts: None.

Outstanding! While the price quote was commensurate with the market, what Rexway provided was far superior to the competition in every way. They included removing three old roofs instead of just two, replaced far more wood than would have been strictly required, and did really a lot of caulking and painting. Ridgelines and courses are beautifully straight. Cleanup was thorough. Adam was more than responsive to every question and concern, and his crew was equally friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Adam took care of the necessary permitting with the city and coordinated smoothly with my solar people. Because Rexway does one job at a time, putting huge crews on the removal and installation, everything was completed in two days! To say that everyone was prompt would be an understatement. This quick turn-around is an enormous advantage in terms of minimizing mess, noise, loss of solar power, and sheer nuisance. I recommend Rexway enthusiastically and without qualification.

They were very professional and their foreman was on site the entire time. Clean up and everything else I asked for was done professionally and I would definitely use them again.

Rexway Roofing was very professional from beginning to end. They came out with samples of exactly what we wanted and didn't push for anything more expensive, even though we did end up upgrading a little bit. We were given a tour of nearby homes that had roofing done by them, and a list of homes to visit on our own, including one with the exact shingle and color we wanted. They were prompt each day of the two-day process and cleaned up everything each day.

I contacted Mr. Dean Martin @ Rexway Roofing to obtain a roof replacement estimate. Mr. Martin provided a "Overlay" estimate after reviewing our needs and budget. I called Rexway Roofing and asked for an estimate to repair or replace my roof. I was very pleased with the professionalism of this company & their prompt call back. I made an appointment for a few days later & was again very pleased with the courtesy of the technician and thoroughness of the estimate that was provided. He took time to climb on the roof, explain to me exactly what he saw, and what he expected would be needed to complete the job. And then, within a couple of days I received the written estimate. The price was good, and better than another company who also gave me an estimate. I ultimately hired a company with a lower bid, but felt that Rexway Roofing was honest & fair, and did an excellent job! I would recommend them.

This was a big job. We needed 45 yr old tile removal, re-underlayment, radiant barrier, vents, exhaust fan, and full-weight cement tile put on 2000 sf. We tried and failed to get estimates in 2011 (three roofers inspected and never sent estimates). Then got three estimates in 2012: one for $35,000, another for steel roof ($24,000) and Rexway for $22,000. Was referred to Rexway by Eagle Tile rep (Annette in Rialto, CA). They had full crew (8+) for demolition (one day) and gave us two days to get insulation and duct work done (other vendors), and then returned for two days to seal up and tile roof. Went pretty much like clockwork. Only, very minor, complaint: we had to do fine, cleanup in hedges and lawn of old tile pieces and many nails (have kids). They said they would do a magnet search and clean, but that didn't happen. Otherwise, we were delighted at the speed and quality for Rexway. These are roofers, not general contractors that sub out roofs (do not contact the latter, they will hound you for weeks to get both spouses on-site for the estimate, and harass you with varying sales pitches). Rexway wasn't about the hard-sales, they bid a fair price for good work and delivered.

This company is AMAZING. When I called for an estimate, the lady who answered the phone was very courteous and had someone get back to me within the hour. Adam accommodated me right away for a free estimate. Pricing was very reasonable and the work was guaranteed for 2 years-ish (I forget- I drink and the paperwork is buried under a pile on my desk). When he arrived, he provided all of his up to date insurance and license(s) information as well as a list of jobs they've done recently in my area. He explained to me in detail what needed to be done and was very good about answering all my questions. They were able to get to work on my roof the following week and the crew was able to get it done within 4 hours. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and professional. When they left, they left the place cleaner than when they arrived. The very next day it rained to the point I saw animals lining up 2 by 2 but the inside of my house was bone dry. It has been a few months since they did the work, and I'm happy to report that it only rains on the OUTSIDE of my house! So happy with their work I've recommended them to my sister and her beyond picky works-in-construction husband.

Project went very smoothly. They were actually able to start a day earlier than promised and completed the project early. The workers seemed to care about their work and left the site clean when completed. Blake, the project manager, was easy to work with and communicated well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

The presentation was done well. The first crew, removing existing roofing materials was punctual. A second carpenter crew came and fixed the area of roof structure that was unstable only after the city inspector wrote to correct it. The final crew finished on time. With rep Adam Martin finishing to perfection.

On the day of the job they showed up on time, covered and protected all the plants around the house. Finished ahead of schedule and clean up everything to an extend that you could not tell they had taken the old roof off. Company is family owned and their workers have been with them for many years.

They were good and have no complaints. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

I called Rexway company a few weeks ago and Mr Adam Martin called back right away. He was punctual in all his appointments with me, very professional. On the initial meeting, he gave me a folder containing all the company credentials and showed me a chart with various colored shingles. After measuring the whole roof, he emailed a proposal a couple of days after. His estimated price is the second lowest proposal I got (I got 4 proposals), but I chose his company because of his attitude in business dealings and the detailed description of work to be done. I made the appointment to start last 11/6. Adam give me an update last Friday that the truck and his team will start at 7 am and to keep my driveway fe (that really helped me to prepare). They were here by 6:45 am and rang my doorbell by 7 am. The two teams are very courteous. Finished the whole job in one day and came back the next day to finish final cleaning and making sure that no nails are left behind either in my plant bed or floors. They even went to my neighbor's house to clean up the mess they created. My neighbor likes the way they work. City inspector will come tomorrow for final inspection which was arranged on 11/7.

It was a pleasure working with Adam. He was very professional. He arrived on time and with a folder containing copies of the company's Contractors State License, Certificate of Workers' Compensation Insurance, a company report from the BBB, brochures of roofing materials, a list of references and reviews from Angie's List. He also brought a notebook with pictures of previous roofing jobs in the area. I found this notebook very helpful. He answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. He has a great crew from the tear off to the people delivering the supplies to the roofers themselves. He was on top of everything. Making sure things ran smoothly. Which they did. He told me it would take 2 to 2 1/2 days to complete. They did it in 2 days. I used my $200 coupon. He also gave me and installed 2 smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm since the city code required them in each bedroom and I would not be able to pass inspection without them. The one I had was in the hall. Thank you Rexway and Adam. I'm thrilled with the roof.

Dean, the owner, returned our call after we had left a message and scheduled an estimate for a couple of days later. He and his son, Adam, arrived on time and were very professional and efficent. They explained the process, showed us samples, told us what they would do with the aforementioned beam (which was a big concern) and outlined the whole process. They are very easy to do business with as they always had answers to our questions. There was no pressure. Dean's 2 other sons also work with him and we met them when they dropped off requested samples on 2 other occasions. All are very personable.They were quick to return our calls when we had questions. The project took only 1 1/2 days as they brought in a large team on the first day to remove the old roof and then immediately started laying the 1/2 inch plywood and roof shingles. They cleaned everything up as they worked and left everything (patios, garage, yard) as clean as possible at the end of both days. The crew was polite, friendly, professional and informative. All in all, a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

They were on time and work very efficiently. They completed their work is scheduled. Their communication was excellent. They showed up for work exactly as scheduled. They use quality materials and cleaned up after themselves.

Rexway exceeded all of my expectations. When I called for an estimate, an appointment was booked for the following day. Dean (the owner) and his Son Adam showed up the next day right on time. After meeting with them, I was confident that they were the right guys for the job, but did my due diligence and met with several other roofers. The price from all estimates was within a few hundred dollars of each other. The main difference being that Rexway offered the best warranty and included ALL rotted wood found, which meant no surprises or extra charges. The schedule was set. They showed up exactly when they said they would. We had two rain days, which delayed the project, but they were there at 7am both days ready to work. Once the work started, it was fast, 2 ½ days start to finish. That included a fair amount of work that I had added the day the work began. The city inspector found some issues with the way the roof was done by the previous roofer. Rexway correct all of these issues for me and only charged me the costs of materials for that work. The inspector also found that my patio cover was not permitted (this was an existing patio cover built many years ago). Rexway helped my correct this as well. Adam was on site each morning to touch base with me and see if I had any issues or concerns. Don (the Forman) was on site at all times and is just a great guy. He knows his business, is polite, and does amazing work. The work that I added on day 1 was to extend the roof line across the entire front of the house. Don said ?no problem, we?ll make it look nice?. It looks so good; you would think it was original to the house. I have done projects in the past and they have not gone well, but not with this company, they are top notch. If I ever find myself in a need of another roof, I will hire Rexway without question.

The design of the roof of our house results in a deluge of rain water at our front porch. It actually ruined our pavers and even ran up and over the weep screed in our house, flowing rain into the living room. I contacted Rexway, and right away, they made an initial appointment to inspect the problem. The youngest brother came out (it's a family-owned operation), inspected the roof, detected one leak (not why I called them out, but it was great he found it), and HONESTLY said he wasn't sure what could be done about my rain flow problem. He took some photographs and discussed the issue with one of his older brothers. The older brother (Adam) arranged to come to my place within a few days to take a look for himself; however, a family emergency came up at the last minute. Normally, this would tick me off, but his father called and apologized kindly so I didn't have to "go there." He even said, "You pick the time and I'll make it happen." So, I did. This time, another brother (Blake) came and checked out the situation, suggested a solution, and got back to me within a day or two with a reasonable estimate for the work. I asked for some changes to the wording of the contract and got back a revised version in one day. When I signed the contract, Blake told me HONESTLY that it might be up to two weeks before they could get to my job. Within two weeks (maybe one), Blake himself called me and set up the appointment. The workers and Blake were right on time and ready to go. They answered all my nit-picky questions, let me take photographs along the way, and did a careful, clean, and thorough job. I will say that if it weren't for Angie's List, I might not have been patient enough to go through all four of the family members before getting some real answers and it might be more of a reflection on my character than on them, but I sure am glad I did hang in there and wait because the service was impeccable. Next time we have the whole roof done, I'm calling Rexway, for sure.

REXWAY ROOFING - (626)333-5615 From start to finish, Rexway Roofing was 1st class all the way. They were very professional, and yet friendly. Their brochure was complete and easy to understand. Not only did it include information about the roof itself, it also included a copy of their workman"s comp. insurance, a copy of their contractor's license, and pages and pages of roofs they have installed in our area, all the way back to 2008. It included the address, the brand name of the roof, what color it was, and the grade of the materials. (30 yr, 40 yr, 50 yr, etc.). This was especially useful to us because we were able to drive around and see exactly what the various roofs would actually look like. There is nothing like seeing the "real' thing to help us choose exactly what we wanted. They submitted a detailed proposal, we signed it, and the rest is history. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. No surprises ... except that our home looks more beautiful than we even imagined. They didn't skimp on anything, nor did they take any short cuts. In fact, they went way beyond what is required, and what most companies would do. They used superior products, and made sure every detail was expertly executed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have their home re-roofed.
