My overall experience with them was excellent. I had other bid and they were lower on the bid. They were prompt and fast. They had quality of work. They cleaned up nicely. They had good warranty on products and everything was excellent. They are on Angie's list and have highest ratings. I was very lucky.

They were excellent. Everything turned out well. They were very good. They were professional. They did the work on time and completed the job exactly when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. It was excellent. I would highly recommend them. The price was a little bit higher than some other companies' prices, but they did the job right.

They never showed up for their appointment! Very unprofessional. I called and we made an appt. for this morning and as the end of the service window approached (with nobody showing up yet), i phoned their office to ask where the guy was. The person on the other end said he would call the guy and locate him, then call me right back. I never received a call back from the office. Nobody ever showed up. I guess they don't need a $5000 re-roof job. Avoid at all costs and just go with a major service provider- I'm sure the level of professionalism and responsiveness will be better.

Great experience. Large crew arrived promptly, laid down tarps and removed the entire roof in the first half of the day. Wood repair went quickly and flashing, felt and shingles all made it back on by the end of the first day! A few remaining flashing items were left for the following day, but work was delayed for a few days by rain. Work was completed in 2 whole days as quoted. Rexway was CLEAN. Only a few stray pieces of roofing were found on my property after they left. Workmanship and attention to detail is good, and I'm happy with the result. I would highly recommend them for roofing work.

The representative who worked with me was Blake Martin, who is one of the owner's two sons, who work there. He was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and not high-pressure at all. I was very impressed that he told me that even though my roof is 24 years old, that the type of concrete tile roof I have should last for very many more years before it needs to be completely replaced. I have lived in this house since 1987 and every couple of years at least one of the rake tiles along the edge of the roof falls off and hits the ground. The main reason I wanted work done on the roof was to have the rake tiles better attached so they are less likely to fly off the roof in the future. I am tired of having the same repair done over and over again. Blake said they used bigger nails on the rake tiles this time and added nails where practical to do so. Time will tell, but I am hopeful that the tiles will stay on the roof longer than after the repairs done by other roofing companies in the past. I asked Blake about cool roof tiles, but he didn't recommend them in my case. He suggested they could add two dormer vents, which would help keep the attic cooler, if I wanted. I think the vents were an excellent idea. We had one day that was 111 degrees, since the vents were installed, and the interior of the house stayed below 78 degrees. I believe the vents contributed to this impressive performance of the old air conditioning system.

Not good. I did not hire this company, estimate was much too high.

I originally contacted Rexway for a garage roof leak. Work was done quickly, but I discovered a small oversight and response and correction was prompt. Months later I had a concern about a completely different roof area. They responded quickly and took care of my concern ( which was minor) and there was no charge. At all times, manner was super courteous and professional.

I got back to them a few days ago and told them that we would like to go ahead with it. We called them right away when we discovered the leak in the roof because we more or less know them. The owner is the brother of our neighbor. We called them and they came right out and put up some plastic sheeting and anchored it down to stop the water flow and it did. I was called out of town and could not get back to anyone, so I called them when I got back. I called them late Monday afternoon and was out early Wednesday morning.

He was very friendly and seems to know what he was talking about. I am waiting to see what happens when we have a rainy day.

Very smooth from start to finish: free and easy estimate; quick to schedule and perform the work; speedy completion of the job. They're very professional and courteous. Recommended!

after showing up late he then said the roof was too high and he'll need another person to better estimate the work. he schedule for two days later then no show. called 3 times and no call back. most unprofessional company i've dealt with. stay far away!!

They were prompt. They had about 10 guys working on it and they did it in about 3 days and they were cleaned up and gone.

Frankly, the experience could not have gone better. For the estimate they arrived on time and provided (without having to be asked) references and their workman's comp insurance certificate. We got two other estimates. Rexway was both the lowest cost estimate and had the best reports from references which we did check out. The house was reroofed in one day and looks beautiful. Nothing was damaged during the re-roofing and they removed all debris and cleaned up before leaving.

Rexway did an excellent job in replacing my parents roof, and Adam was very professional and we enjoyed working with him. I live in Virginia, but I knew that my parents needed a new roof during my last visit to California. So I found Rexway through Angie's List and got an estimate. My parents were impressed with his professionalism and the quality of the work he presented. We also got estimate from several other roofers, but in the end we choose to work with Rexway. Adam was very patient and checked back with us to see if we had chosen a contractor to go with. Adam was honest, showed up on the day as promised, and completed the entire roof in one day. Good quality products were used, with shingles that have a 30 year warrenty, and labor has a 10 year guarantee. I would definitely recommend Rexway.

We phoned Adam Martin, son on the owner, on 9-5-08. Dean Martin, the father, has been in the roofing business for 25 years. Adam made an appointment on 9-8-08. He arrived on time, with a copy of a Better Business Report, Worker's Compensation Insurance Certificate, Contractors Insurance License, and Contractor's State License, a 4 page list of addresses of houses the company has reroofed in the last four years. He also had brochures and samples of roofing material. We talked, and Adam measured the roof (3,000 sq. ft.). On 9-9-08, Adam returned with two samples of cement shingles from different manufacturers and an estimate of how much the roof would cost for each different product. On 9-10-08, Adam phoned to give us addresses of two houses (side by side and each with a different color of the Molier Life-tile) for us to drive by and decide which color would be best for our house. On 9-22-08 we signed the contract to start the roof . On 10-13-08 the roof was started. About 10 men arrived at 7 AM to tear off two layers of old asphalt roofs. That took about 5 hours. Another crew came after lunch to remove old nails and remaining under layment and take off the gutters. They started installing the new felt underlayment. At 4 PM they vacuumed up all nails and cleaned up the property. On 10-14-08 the roofers started at 6:45 AM. Foreman, Don O'Tool, put in a gable fan and two Solatubes and connected the lights. The underlayment felt was completed and the cement shingles were nailed to the back part of the roof. Again, they cleaned the property before leaving. On 10-15-08, the roofers started at 6:45 AM. Most of the shingles were nailed to the roof and four new vents were installed. They cleaned up before leaving. On 10-16-08, the roofers started at 8 AM. They finished installing shingles, ridge caps, and edge caps. They cleaned up all debris and vacuumed for nails. The roof was completed at 4:30 PM. On 10-22-08 we phoned Adam about a few items we felt needed fixing (brown spray paint on stucco, nails protruding through front and back porch needed cutting, we wanted one small piece of edge cap added to a valley). On 10-24-08 Adam sent his foreman and a roofer out to fix all items. We were very happy with the finished job and the professionalism this family owned business has shown. They did everything right. It is refreshing to do business the old fashioned way, with trust and dependability.

We were very pleased with everything. They were prompt, very efficient and did beautiful work. The roof was done in four hrs. with a crew of eight to ten at all times. They cleaned up everything.

REXWAY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. RAINY SEASON WAS IN FULL SWING AND THEY CAME IN GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. WE PICKED OUT THE COLOR AND TYPE OF ROOF WE WANTED AND WITHIN A FEW DAYS THEY CAME IN AND INSTALLED. VERY CLEAN JOB. WHEN I LEFT TO WORK IN THE MORNING THEY WERE JUST ARRIVING AND WHEN I GOT HOME THE NEW ROOF WAS INSTALLED AND LOOKED GREAT. I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS FOR WORK.
