I took the day off to wait for them to come out and about ten minutes before they were to be at my house someone called and said they were not coming. I told them I took the day off for them to come out and they didn't seem to care. They were supposed to call back with another appointment time but never did.

IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NOT ONLY DID HE NOT SHOW UP WHEN ASKED, HE LEFT HIS EQUIPMENT IN MY YARD FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS. HE DID NOT SHOW UP TO PICK IT UP AND WHEN HE DID, HE MADE SURE THAT I WAS NOT HOME SO I WOULDN'T CONFRONT HIM ABOUT HIS POOR SERVICE. HE LEFT OUR GATE OPEN AND OUR DOGS GOT OUT AND WE SPENT ABOUT 4 HOURS OF THE DAY LOOKING FOR THE DOGS BECAUSE OF HIS CARELESSNESS.
