Do not use this company. We had a fence built 5 months ago by Majesty Maintenance. The fence is already starting to warp. They blamed us and insisted if we wanted it fixed we had to pay more. We already paid $5000 5 months ago......so....if we want it to last longer than 5 months we have to pay more? Extremely unprofessional, low integrity, and bad quality. Go with someone else.

"Our company provided a quote for a wooden fence, match exiting fence for Janna, their fence is a 2 railed fence, which is typical in Texas, 2 rail fence and bottom rot board. Installation was all completed correctly and Janna approved the work and paid the invoice. Some panels offenses started to contract and expand as wood does in its natural environment, our company does not warrant any wood contracting. We recommend adding a 3rd rail to help the wood but the wood will continue to expanse in the heat regardless of a 3rd rail. Janna refuses to pay for 20 2x4 for a total of $200 and no charge to install, she became hysterical and sent threatening emails she would leave a bad review on every website. Our installation was completed as requested, we are under no obligation to purchase additional wood to help solve a problem that commence 5 months later and was not part of the contract. Our company did offer free installation to help with the issue but the customer was unwilling to cooperate."

We hired Majesty to install a door from our garage to the backyard through the brick exterior of the house. The job was completed with exceptional quality and craftsmanship. This company came in and totally transformed the backyard with their fast, precise, and professional work. The backyard had a half up, half down, crooked chainlink fence growing into trees . They removed the chainlink fence, dug up all the metal posts AND the concrete, cleaned all the overgrown bushes that were in the way, removed a lot of tree stumps with a grinder and constructed an absolutely beautiful 8 ft privacy fence in only 2 days! WOW!!! I was amazed. And they had the best price out of 6 companies that gave me quotes. This was a surprise gift for my son and when he saw it he was so impressed that he was at a lose for words. He loved it! Amazing work Majesty!!!

Denise and Milton provided excellent service to us on numerous occasions. They meticulously plan and investigate how to complete a project at the best price possible. They offer possible alternatives. The range of their work encompasses many abilities. They have painted the interior of our home, re-built a deck, installed a kayak storage hoist, a new front door, a Murphy bed, and countless heavy mirrors and paintings. They were willing to tackle any handyman task and completed every one meticulously. They are very caring and extremely helpful. They are outstanding!

Majestic Maintenance performed several projects at two of our homes, Including installation of glass shower doors, drywall and painting, fence installation, building and installing interior sliding barn door, installing faucets and other tasks. We found the owners and their employees to be very honest, hard-working and punctual. If they were not able to come to an appointment they always let us know in a timely fashion. We have been very pleased with our dealings with this company and would readily recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding job. They were referred by a neighbor. In addition to the exceptional painting job for the entire basement, they installed a set of french doors and some accent stone and floating bar shelves at the wet bar in the basement. I could not have asked for a more professional job. The quality and craftsmanship was unmatched. The end project was superior. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I hired Majesty Maintenance to remove a old broken lamp post and install a new one (including fixtures). The team assigned to do the work showed up on time and was ready to work. They did a great job! I was referred to Majesty Maintenance by a neighbor who has been using their services for a number of years now. My wife and I will definitely be contacting Majesty for additional projects going forward.

I was very impressed that Denise came out to look at the project when weather wasn't the greatest. Once estimate was accepted, work was completed within a week. Please be advised, work needed was for outside. Crew arrived early and completed work ahead of schedule. They did a great job. This company is friendly and hard working I highly recommend them. They can pretty much do it all. I will be using them again!!
