Our GE washer stopped draining and was less than a month passed the 5 year warranty and the Geek Squad told me tough luck. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee, parts and labor which would have been almost as much as i paid for the washer! Luke answered his phone. He was professional and knowledgeable and eager to make us happy. He knew what was wrong with my washer. Ordered the part and fixed it in the time frame he predicted. He charged me what he quoted over the phone. Now we are washing clothes again! Luke will be our appliance repair guy from now on!
