Description of Work: They performed some restorations quite well, such as the carpeting. However, the vinyl keeps bubbling and was never fixed, the kitchen cabinets have no guides so the drawers flop open, they delivered the wrong counter tops 3 times, they installed a smaller tub than we selected which resulted in them tearing out the tile in the guest bath and we now have a tub that the adults in the house cannot use, they lost my father's mattress (they did replace it) and altimeter, they threw away our expensive shower heads and replaced them with cheap ones (they did replace the expensive shower heads eventually), and they took so long to complete the repairs that the insurance company forced us back into the house before it was habitable.
