ALTHOUGH WE HAD AN EMERGENCY SITUATION WITH THE GATE OPENING AND CLOSING ALL NIGHT LONG (IT MAKES A BEEPING SOUND EVERYTIME AND WAS DRIVING EVERYONE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD NUTS!) - THEY WERE SLOW AT RETURNING OUR EMERGENCY CALL. WHEN DID FINALLY CALL BACK, THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX GATE FAIRLY QUICKLY.
