BUT, THE OVERALL SERVICE AT THE OFFICE AND THE WAY THEY RUN ATHENS REALLY UPSETS ME AS A CONSUMER. THEY HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ARE OFTEN RUDE WHEN YOU CALL THEM. I HAVE FOUND OVERCHARGES ON MY BILL IN THE PAST AND IT TAKES WEEKS TO RESOLVE, OR THEY DON'T OWN UP TO IT. I HAVE HEARD THIS FROM OTHERS, IN DIFFERENT AREAS, SO DON'T THINK I AM THE EXCEPTION. IF THERE WERE ANOTHER COMPANY LOCALLY, I WOULD SWITCH COMPANIES. THE ONLY GOOD THING ARE THE COLLECTORS WHO PICK UP, ARE FRIENDLY, AND WORK HARD.
