Alicia and another helper completed an initial cleaning before regular scheduled cleaning. Her team was excellent in cleaning every area of the home and she made the home a stark difference before her cleaning service. The home wad already clean but she took it to another level by removing calcium stands in the glass shower door; remove dust from the shutters; cleaned the cabinet face; and was detailed in all area of the home.

She is excellent. She is an individual. I found her on Angie' List.

I used them 3 times. The 1st time they cleaned they did a pretty good job. The 2nd time not so good and the 3rd was even worse. I would not ever recommend her or use them again.

I really wanted this to work, but I was so disappointed. I originially contacted the provider on the phone and we set up an appointment to have her come and do an estimate, she said she didn't want to give me a phone estimate b/c it wouldn't be fair. So on the day of the schedule visit for the estimate, she didn't arrive or call at the scheduled time, and didn't reply to my text asking if she was still coming over. 3 hours after our scheduled time she called and apologized citing scheduling oversight. Now she gave me a phone estimate and we scheduled a start date and I proceeded to arrange my obligations and schedule to prepare the house for her arrival. She called half an hour before she was schedule to be at my house (on what would of been her start date) and cited an additional work load that was added that would make it impossible for her to make it on time and offered me another time next week or another date or to arrive at 2:00pm (homework time and dinner time for us). We agreed on another date and time and yet again I plan my schedule to accomodate her and she doesn't show up and doesn't call. I sent her a text message telling her that I'm going w/ someone else ~ didn't even reply to that.
So disappointed I really wanted to work w/ her b/c the reviews were so great ~ but 3 times and I'm done.

She was really good. The prices were good. She was very thorough. I asked her to park in the center of our stalls. A tenant claims that she had parked there for four days and never moved it out. The other tenant claims that Alicia had scratched their car. I held half of the payment back until I got this resolved. The cleaning was okay but she did not clean out the grout of some of the tile. Her work was really good.

I am a Realtor and I have used plenty of cleaning services so I know
what I am talking about. I normally don't bother writing reviews but I
feel Alicia deserves the time and effort. I contacted her for her
service based on the reviews I read in Angie's List. I bypassed the
larger companies, even though they have more reviews, because I know the
mom and pop operations have more at stake and I am more likely
dealing with the business owner rather than some hired guns. This is
why I chose Alicia and the I am glad I did.
I contacted her initially by leaving a voicemail and she called back in a few hours. I
text her the property address and she went and looked at the house and
gave me a quote. I liked the quote and asked her to do the job. She
showed up on time with a helper and proceeded to clean everything. What
impressed me the most was that she showed me everything she found,
significant or not, and let me make the decision to either dispose of
them or keep them. She did not assume they are unwanted items even
though the house was obviously vacant. This proves that she has
integrity beyond any other services I have ever used.
Again like I said it was a vacant house and I did not think it was that bad to begin
with. She and the helper spent at least 5 hours cleaning the place
from top to bottom so it was as clean as it could be. I was very
pleased with the results and will definitely use them again and will
have no problem recommending their services to anybody else.

Alicia is so nice and so professional. She was punctual and so was the
lady who helped her. Both were kind, sweet and the ultimate
professionals! I cannot say enough great things! My house was a disaster
from moving in and when they left, it was spotless.

They actually brought in three or four women to do the work. They have a lot of work ahead of them. They came out and did a good job.

I was not here when they cleaned except when they were just finishing up and they seemed to get all the nooks and crannies of dusting. The work they did was great. They worked quickly and they took less than two hours to clean the whole house. I would use them in the future.

The cleaning service that I received today was excellent. They're well prepared, organized, and reliable. The counters, stove, and rooms looked outstanding and the area smells great. I am pleased with the results and will have them back for routine services.
