I haven't used them yet. At this point I would give them an A. They sent a representative over and she was very clear and direct about the details. It was very detailed. She went over the entire apartment and all of the furniture pieces that we're going to move. She is experienced so she eyeballs all of the stuff and estimates how many boxes you are going to need. They have been very good about being in contact and everything.

We left from California to Florida. It was excellent work and there were no any flaws. The people were excellent. we found them on Angie 's List.

Staff very professional and courteous. Only criticism was that estimate was approximately $1500 and after move we received an additional bill for $500 i I paid this since there was a long way to walk at the new location which the estimator did not know about. The truck could not park very close to my unit. Plus everybody did a very good job would definitely recommend this company.

It couldn't have gone any better. They provided continuous contact and even refunded some money when the truck weight was a little less than the estimate. Great People!

They did a good job. We had a few small things broken but nothing major.

I was paired with Suddath through my company which paid for the relocation. From the get go they were very responsive and professional over the phone. I interacted with Shelly D. who has great customer service oriented attitude. It was easy to schedule the packing and storage as well as the delivery. As for the actual labor the movers/packers were clean and very careful with our items. Not all of them spoke english, but they made sure that I had a clear understanding of who the english speaking 'lead' was. Both the packing and the delivery were done fairly quickly. When they were finished on both ends the lead walked me through the checklist so I understood their location and numbering process of all the items.
Though I got 'stuck' with them through my company, I couldn't imagine going with another company. They were professional, were fast, and careful.

It was an amazingly smooth experience, beginning with Wade West, who came to the house and gave us a weight estimate, including an insurance estimate. It continued with the support of our relocation coordinator, Stephanie Curits. Both people had spent many years in the business and the experience resulted in a move with no problems, breakage or loss. Stephanie became a telephone friend in the process, keeping us updated on the timing of the trip and the final arrival of our goods. She made us feel really taken care of. Before this move we had only had executive moves paid for by employers, so we were nervous doing this on our own, but in the event this was the easiest move of them all. It may not have been the cheapest but it was certainly not the most expensivde either -- we had much higher estimates from others. Everyone, from the packers to the loaders to the unloaders and uncraters, was polite and helpful. We picked them from three or four Angies List suggestions, based on the fact that Wade West was able to come to the house to do the estimate (other companies couldn't do this), we were impressed by accounts on Angies List from people who had used them, they have a headquarters in Florida as well as their Southern California office, and our initial contact with Stephanie was both extremely professional and very warm and friendly. It was a great choice.

They did a great job. They were well prepared. They stuck to their price. They communicated well.

The services were excellent and I would rate them overall an A. I would use them again if needed.

They were extremely careful with the items that were moved, I had a lot of glass and antiques and nothing was broken.

Suddath's team of two that packed our belongings into boxes in Texas were were professional and thorough. The movers who packed things in the truck were polite, strong, considerate, and efficient. As our storage dates were uncertain, Suddath was flexible with the storage and delivery dates. The delivery team in California was 6 people. This large team really expedited the move into our new home. They were also polite, strong, considerate, and efficient. They assembled the beds and tables. We have opened most of the boxes and haven't found any damage to our belongings. This was an incredibly smooth move thanks to Suddath. I have moved several times and Suddath really stands out as an exceptional company amoung the other's I have used.

We had initially hired cheaper movers but upon arrival, they said they would not be able to fit everything in one truck, that they would have to move some things that day and reschedule another day to finish because they could not do two trips, etc. One of the guys had an especially nasty attitude. I canceled that move and went with Suddath, who had given me an estimate that I found expensive but decided after this bad experience that it was worth it. The Suddath experience was completely different from the earlier bad experience. The team, led by Ricardo, was respectful, professional, and handled everything with efficiency and care. They wrapped all the furniture, placed it carefully in the truck, and completed the move in less than the estimated time, although the estimated time did include items that we had already moved ourselves. We were happy with the service.

They were fine and I am happy with them. They were very careful. I had them pack china, crystal and some antiques and they handled them carefully.

An estimator came to my home and walked through with me, then gave me the quote based on area. The packing team arrived on time and packed everything in one work day. They worked with me as I was still organizing. The next day they returned to load the truck. The leader and team were professional, demonstrated expertise and experience, and a pleasure to work with. They inventoried the items. I met the leader and another person at my destination at on time. That day the two unloaded all my belongings and set up the furniture. They check the inventory and made sure all was delivered and in good shape. During this process there was no damage to either of the buildings or my items. The movers had an upbeat and friendly attitude which made such a stressful time much easier. A coordinator was assigned to the project and called occasionally to see how things were going and went. The leader of the moving team, Luis, is exceptionally professional and capable!

We had it set up that the movers would come in on a Monday to pack up the house, Tuesday they would return to load the truck and make the delivery on Wednesday. Everything went extremely well. The movers were very professional and the packing and moving went without any problems. Nothing was broken or damaged. The actual move cost less than the estimate and we were refunded the difference within 10 days. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

We wanted to do all the loading ourselves, so they referred us to another company that could help us with that.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER. THE PEOPLE WERE PROFESSIONAL and THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE PRETTY FRIENDLY.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND BOTH THE MAINE SIDE AND THE CALIFORNIA SIDE WERE VERY HELPFUL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
