The service was great. Very helpful and prompt. He was informative over the phone before coming to look at the appliance and diagnose the problem. Came as soon as he could to help resolve the issue

My dryer was broken and we were desperate to get it fixed quickly. I called Pete on Friday and he came on Saturday right on schedule. He evaluated the problem quickly and fixed it. His prices are more than reasonable, you won't ever feel you were gouged. If anyone asks me about dryer repair in the future, I will definitely recommend Southwest Appliance Service.
