I had new flooring installed and had thrown away the old toilet.
I had bought one from Home Depot but I had bought the wrong kind. 
The one I bought had the wrong "rough-in" dimension.
So, he had to leave to do another job while I went to exchange the toilet.
He came back later (with no extra charge)  and installed the toilet and angle-stop.
He also caulked the toilet base.
His work was quick, neat, and clean-up was perfect.
(The toilet works too!)
