Manny came out to my home within 24 hours of contacting Bas Electric. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. I am able to use my pool lights again!

I hired BAS Electric to install my Ring “wired” doorbell service. When I spoke with Brandon, I told him my current doorbell wasn’t working. He said he would send Manny out to troubleshoot and do the installation. Manny could have said it was the transformer that needed replacement, and I wouldn’t have known the difference. But it was just the old doorbell itself. He wasn’t able to get the doorbell to ring inside (we think the system itself is just too old, from 1974), but the Ring installation was done quickly and is working outside and on my phone. I appreciated the friendly service and honesty. I would definitely hire them again.
