We had to have them out twice after the install because the free on levels were insufficient. Recently we needed them to come out to check the unit so we can use it after an electrical problem, and at first they couldn't come for a week, the night before they called to cancel and rescheduled fo a week later. The night before they called and cancelled again and rescheduled for another 2 weeks. AND THIS IS A WARRANTY CALL! Save yourself the trouble and find another company!
