Warm Hearth purchased installed a Hampton Stove heater in my home. Below are the facts that resulted in my review.
Communication: Medium:
Justification: Absent over the holidays, and then it took customer initiation to respond to installation. In fairness to Warm Hearth they were the most responsive to my inquires related to ?Initial? resellers/contractors.
Installation PREP: Medium
If  you are looking for a ?turn key solution? look elsewhere.  Its up to the home owner to provide electrical and gas installations. In addition, they expect the owner to provide and prove a clear path thru attic/rooftop installations..  The last part was somewhat disappointing because this is what was expected of them.  In the end, I had to clear a path and make sure the installation prep was all ready for them to come in to make sure there were no surprises. I didn't think too much of this because in the end i thought it would benefit me when it came to coming as close to the installation estimate as possible.
Estimates: LOW
As the owner I went out and got multiple quotes, and while Warm Hearth was not the cheapest (In QUOTES), they were the most responsive.Cost/estimate.
If I am completely honest, I believe I did everything possibly to make the installation cost effective, moving CAN lights, providing pic?s (both attic/location,etc).
After installation, Warm Hearth came in OVER  "DOUBLE THE INSTALLATION COSTS? AND BEING THE MOST EXPENSIVE IN THE END.
Workmanship: high
In general I?m very satisfied with the installation, however I was made to remove a CAN light (in retrospect)  while I did not need to.. Not that big of a deal.  Installer was on time and SUPER RESPONSIVE. He was on time at the time we agreed on. BEST PART OF THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.
Summary
I could excuse the non existent communication during the holiday season; however I?m not sure I could recommend Warm Hearth based purely on estimate vs actual costs given the amount of information and work we provided  to insure a ?straight forward installation?.  If you are willing to account for "DOUBLE THE INSTALLATION COSTS? then Warm Hearth should be your choice.

The people at the store are very nice but verify your dates and what you should expect if they are not met.

Yolanda was excellent at the store, actually convincing us to go with a gas log set instead of the enclosed heating system since we really only wanted it for looks and to enjoy on cool nights. We ended up picking out a beautiful gas log set that we now love. Yolanda really cared about what was best for our house and was very helpful. Daniel Payan, the installer, was every bit the professional. The work he did putting the new logs in was fabulous. He was careful when painting and kept our living room spotless throughout the process. Considering how bad our old logs were I'm amazed they didn't just fall apart and make a mess, but he made sure everything stayed clean. When he came back in March to install the new glass doors we were once again thrilled with his work. He offered us great advice on what to do for the painting and left our place spotless once again. We just couldn't be happier with Daniel. The most impressive part was that his measurements were spot on, our new doors fit perfect! The end product is something we truly love and will certainly enjoy for many years. I would recommend The Warm Hearth to anyone looking for new gas logs or fire place inserts. You won't be let down.
