I told Virginia Hall the kind of property I was looking for, and she was able to locate several potential ones for me to choice. After several days of looking, I made an offer on two properties!. The deals closed in less then a month. Virginia Hall went out of her way to make sure all the paperwork and procedures were satisfied. She is very conscience about her work and honest and dependable. Virginia was AMAZING: she started working with me in 2010 when I first began looking in San Diego. I finally purchased something in December of 2013... and during the entire process she was attentive, listened to what I wanted, kept looking for me when I couldn't find the right thing, was punctual, organized, did exactly what she said she would do, kept me well-informed, etc., etc... all the good stuff. When we finally found the right place, she accompanied me through the purchase with intelligence, patience and a wealth of knowledge. Even when a few problems showed up after the sale was closed, she helped me solve the problems after she wasn't earning any commissions from me. If I ever wanted to sell or buy another property, I wouldn't think of going to another realtor.
