Urban Escapes Landscapes

Eric began working on our piece of property approximately 2 months before the physical work began.  He came to the house, talked with us, listened to our vision and made numerous suggestions to enhance what we had thought of and then drew up a plan.  The work began in January and we were met with a rainy winter, therefore what should have been an approximately 4-6 week job took  about 3 months (which is to be expected).   He is extremely knowledgeable about San Diego plants and our desert environment.  He is adept at taking what is available in the yard and seeing it as useful.   We were grateful of the care he took at the end of each day to clean up, neatly put his tools away and leave the property in excellent condition.  We love the yard so much that we had a french door installed in our living room so that we could see the side yard all of the time whether we were inside or outside!
After the major side yard work was completed we had him come back for some smaller projects - he replaced the sod in the backyard and on a third project, tore out the grass on a small piece of our property next to our driveway and planted a tree (his recommendation) and some drought tolerant plants.  It looks great!  We're looking forward to having him redo our front yard!
