He was on time and confirmed the appointment the day before. He worked very hard and was pleasant to be around. When finished he cleaned up and confirmed that we were satisfied. We love the fan in the bedroom and the light in the family room is beautiful with a dimmer switch. Plus not having to turn off our backyard light to run the microwave is a joy.
