The job took 5 days rather than the one he said. He said it was a big job (considering the box and casing) but he would have a bigger crew there. They got there late, didn't have a bigger crew, and they left by 3. From that day forward there was only one guy there everyday, with the exception of the guy who had to do the stucco patch. They installed the wrong casing around all the windows (this was extremely frustrating, but he did give me discount). But the casing around all the windows was very sloppy. I had to spend a half a day filling the large gaps with putty and sanding...which they were supposed to do. Bottom line, they over promise and under deliver and they have NO...ZERO quality control. Sorry guys!
