Three weeks after purchase, I noticed the band had split and   would soon tear completely through.  Went back to the Grossmont Center shop, asked for a replacement.  The same person who sold me the band informed me that they do not carry those bands and never have.  I was shocked at the blatant dishonesty.  Wrote an email to the owner asking if this was really the policy.  No response.
