Damien Pietak, the owner, was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable, but completely ripped me with the bill. He replaced the hard start kit on my A/C. It took him less than about two minutes to confirm what he suspected even before he arrived, and another ten minutes to replace it (this included a trip to his truck). He charged me $703 -- that's $85 for the service call and $618 for parts. The actual retail price for those parts is about $30 on Amazon. It's common for these to go bad, and they are very easy to replace. There are plenty of Youtube videos on the subject. Angie says that the typical cost to replace ranges from about $150 to $300. He took advantage of my ignorance. I'm so disappointed because he seemed like such a nice guy.
