They were fine, and we did not have any problems. It took them a long time to get billed, and when we finally got a bill it was the bill for another person. We paid the bill, but we ended up getting a citation before because we had not paid the bill that was not ours. We tried to call them again, but the number had been changed. I would not have any reservations if I needed to use them again.

He was on time, efficient and kept all receipts for purchases he had to make at the hardware store for me. This was in December 2007, right before Christmas. He prides himself on doing a quality job and does the work as if it were his own home. He even offered his phone number over the holidays if there might be a leak--but no need. It was done perfectly!
