Very professional shop. Everything was explained in detail and several good suggestions were made regarding the car but not connected to this shop.

My vehicles are my kids.  I'm very detailed oriented and picky when it comes to having work done on them.  Sid's Auto Body did an outstanding job on our Corolla.  Bill was easy to deal with, professional, and took a personal interest ensuring the damage was repaired.  I never had to call for a status report because I was provided regular updates via text.  The car was treated as if it was their own.  When I picked up the car, it looked brand new even though the damage was relatively minor; it was spotlessly clean and ready to go.  I am a hard one to please generally because I have high standards.  Sid's Auto Body exceeded those standards.  So much so that I have an April appointment to have old damage repaired on my 2002 Highlander and have the entire car detailed.  The cost will be far cheaper than buying a new Highlander.  I'm confident that Sid's Auto Body will make the Highlander look brand new!  Sid's Auto Body is one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Service was very friendly and professional.  It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and were used to dealing with insurance companies. I had intended to get more than one estimate but after talking to Beth, I felt assured enough to go with them for the repairs.  Therefore, I can't compare their cost to others but the insurance company had no problems with it so I believe it was reasonable. The car was there a little bit longer than estimated and when it was done, they were kind enough to let me leave it there over the weekend as I was recovering from surgery. The car had been washed and detailed when I picked it up and there is absolutely no sign of damage or that repairs were made.  Beth assured me that if there were any problems later, they would take care of them.  
I found them very easy to work with and appreciated that they gave me a status report about mid way through plus allowed me to leave it there a few extra days when the work was done.

I dropped it off at around 10 am on a Monday and picked it up around 3 pm the following Monday.

I took the car to three shops to get an estimate. The first shop didn't know how to remove trim to gain access to the rust. The second, highly recommended, wasn't interested in the job, not a big enough dollar value in the work.
Kyle, at Sid's Auto Body, knew exactly what needed to be done. There were some nuts on the inside of the car that needed to be removed to get the exterior trim off. After talking to him I gained a confidence that they would do a proper job.
They completed the job as scheduled. It looked lovely. My 9 year old car was restored, and now looks like new.
The plastic bumper was sent out to a specialist for repair. This was a fixed cost that Sid's had no control over. This added to the total cost, but it was my choice to also have the bumper repaired.

As I pulled into a parking spot, the car that was pulling out failed to notice me. His front bumper hit the driver's-side front door and left a noticeable dent and several scratches. He said he would pay for all damages and referred me to Sid's Auto Body. I called Sid's and spoke with Junior to set an appointment for an estimate. Although I wasn't claiming the damage repair thru my insurance I came to find out that I would have probably been referred to this establishment anyway since they are an authorized auto body shop. I dropped off the car on Wed morning and was told it would be ready Fri aftersoon. Junior called me Friday morning to confirm that the car would be ready ato 3pm that day. We picked up the car and the door looks brand new. We plan to use this establishment when it comes time to repair the knicks and scratches that come with everyday driving.

I had an okay experience working with them. I had no complaints.

I had a good experience with their services. I felt like their price was reasonable for the work that they did. I brought in my car and they took care of everything the next day. I had some other issues that I was experiencing with my vehicle and they were very helpful in answering my questions regarding that.

I went to Sid's in La Mesa because the reports on Angie were uniformly positive, even though it was fairly far away from my home in Solana Beach. They gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable, so I scheduled the work. They finished the job at the time stated and were right on budget for the estimate. They were also very friendly and professional throughout. The paint match was perfect. (Now the roof looks better than the rest of the vehicle.)

They do a great job; it's quality workmanship. I was so surprised when we picked up the car because it had been washed and vacuumed, even the tires were shiny.

Outstanding in all aspects - professionalism of staff, work done, timeliness.

A valet parking attendant scratched my truck while parking it. Took the truck to Sid's for an estimate so insurance would cover it. The Sid's employee thought he might be able to 'buff it out' using rubbing compound. He got a rag, rubbed a little and it was back to new, no charge. Friendly folks. Next time I have real damage, I'll go there first.

I had an appraisal from the dealer collision department and they quoted me $1000 and 1 1/2 weeks in the shop. Sid's did work in 24 hours and charged $394. They were courteous, and knowledgeable. The work looks great!

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY RETURNED ALL MY CALLS PROMPTLY. THE SHOP WAS VERY CLEAN AND THEY EVEN OFFERED ME WATER. THE JOB WAS WELL DONE. MY CAR LOOKED BRAND NEW.
