Rudolph Electric

I called on Rudolph Electric on the referral of a friend for some installation and re-wiring work that I didn't have time to do myself. As a handy DIY'er, I'm always hesitant to pay for work that I think (often unmerited) that I can do myself. However, sometimes you just need to pay the experts to do what they do best, and I'm so glad I did. Not only did their technician (Leonard) quickly and efficiently fix what I needed (bath ventilation fans in the attic I couldn't get running due to funky old house wiring), he also did it so quickly that he had time to re-route a bunch of other switches and outlets on the exterior of my house I had been wanting to clean up for a long time. The price was shockingly affordable, and was so worth it that I was kicking myself for not calling these guys out earlier. Tim and Leonard were awesome to deal with and I will not hesitate next time to call these guys out first next time. Do yourself a favor and don't try to mess around with this type of work yourself. You're probably going to burn your house down. Call Rudolph, like the reindeer, and never look back.

Outstanding, would be a better word to describe my experience with Rudolph Electric. Company responded to my need to have immediate work done.The plumber needed him to put in an electric plug for my stove as it was hardwired and not safe to work on a slab leak.He gave input on my slab leak and communicated with my plumber several times always keeping me informed.
 Tim Rudolph personally went with me to help me select the 4 security lights,3 sconces, and a smoke/CO detector. It was really an educational trip as he advised me on the use of LEDs and other security measures. His advice gave me a lot of value for my dollar and I was very happy with what I had purchased.
 He made me feel a part of the team and all the good players were on my side. Tim and Leonard worked flawlessly together. Both very professional and educated me on all my new fixtures,showed me how to use them, and made sure I had all the papers I needed to reference if I needed. They also cleaned up everything.
I am very grateful for all the work that was done and have never had such a positive experience. Feel lucky and fortunate.

I had an electrical fire scare the afternoon of the 13th, had to call the fire department, etc.  I was referred to Tim Rudolph via a friend, and called him and left a message.  Tim called me back that afternoon, spoke to the fire department and was updated on the situation.  Tim came out that late afternoon, checked out the situation, and singled out the problem breaker and was able to turn on the other electricity to the house so at least we weren't without complete electricity.  He gave a rundown of what he was going to have to do to locate the problem and a couple potential scenarios of what we could expect as far as locating and fixing the problem.  Tim and his team member Leonard showed right on time the next morning and went straight to work troubleshooting all outlets and wires.  They located the problem, fixed it, and changed out a few outlets for me.  They were both very professional and personable.  I felt very comfortable having them in my home and completely trusting in everything they were doing and telling me.
I highly recommend Tim and his crew.  I for sure will be calling them back if and when I need additional electrical work in my home.

Tim was very patient and explained what is required and what is safe. Also very cost minded and used LED as it was reliable and efficient. He took time to review the work performed and showed is how to operate the equipment. It was a great experience, especially not knowing anyone in the area.
