Renovation Realty, Inc. is a full-service residential renovation contractor and real estate brokerage in San Diego County. Our goal is to add value to your home so that you can maximize the sales price. We do this by investing our own capital to renovate or update your home prior to putting it on the market. Our funds are secured by a promissory note and deed of trust. We get paid back only after we sell your home. We handle every step of the process, with no out-of-pocket costs to you.

Description of Work: We had a condo renovated and put up for sale. The renovation was terrific. Condo looked great and they did a lot of repairs. The problem was that we had to go with their realtor who got lots of offers that were repeatedly turned down. Part of the problem is that the prospective buyers put a minimal deposit and could back out for many frivolous reasons and they were given a long time to decide without any penalty. The realtor repeatedly said it would be sold based on the latest offer, but time and again the buyer backed out. It became very difficult for us to trust the realtor.
