Pool Scrubs

Pool Scrubs used to be good years ago when the dad Jeff took care of our pool. But since the son Justin took over our service went right down the tubes. Jeff was able to keep the pool beautiful visiting 2x/mo with pump running 2-3 hours daily. Since Justin, they said I needed weekly service, the pump running 8 hours daily, a new vacuum, and a new filtration system. STILL my pool looked like crap all the time. Worse than useless now.

They were excellent. They've done a lot of my work and they come every other week. I like them because they are prompt and they do what they say. They tell us what it costs and what they tell us is usually what it is. The cost is consistent with what they tell us.

My pool was in extremely bad shape. Walls and amp; floors were completely covered with algae. The pool now looks like it was new and the water is so clear that it appears to have been polished. I have used three other pool services in the past and have not experienced the professionalism that I have experienced to date with Pool Scrubs. They show up when they say they will or call to let me know why and when they will be there. There have not been any billing surprises. If they find a problem they let you know about it, explain your options and the costs of each option. I highly recommend POOL SCRUBS for any of your pool service needs.

Jeff is very professional and really cares about keeping the pool in sparkling condition. Other pool services I have had allow it to go green, then charge extra for shock treatments. Jeff includes all of this in his service without extra charge, and the pool is always in tiptop condition. I've been very happy since hiring him and his son to take care of our pool. We have an older pool that is more of a challenge than most, but he does a great job.
