Computer Repair
I was very pleased, Mark came to my house the same day I called and did a very quick diagnosis and fix of the main problem but then stayed on to do other things since his flat fee of $125 covers up to 2 hours. He removed a lot of temporary and unneeded files, cleared up my mysterious Windows Defender problem, made back up files of everything and even downloaded and showed me how to use Picasa after he saw I had a lot of pictures. He explained things to do me, made suggestions, answered questions and did not act like he was anxious to just get his money and get out of there (he was here a full two hours). As a result of all the clean up that he did, my computer is now operating visibly faster.
