I have had Karen and her cheerful, energetic, detail-oriented and very capable Never Better crew service my house for more than 3 years. And what service! I used to worry that surely this time their magic will not work,and they will not be able to restore my house to cleanliness and order - but they have never let me down. Now I simply leave and return - and it's done. It takes a awhile before you begin to appreciate that one of the essential, but not obvious, qualities for a housekeeping crew is that they must be smart, and figure out where things go. In all of those three years there has only been one occasion when I had to call Karen and ask her where something was: a big, wooden salad bowl. She remembered: it was on an under-the-counter lazy susan, and I couldn't see it because I am too tall to see under the edge of the counter! Too bad there is no A+ rating - she would grab that too.
