His initial connection was professional, caring and made me feel like my problems were soon to be over.
His message carried with it a sense of urgency that made me choose him over other providers that called me back (I found him through craigslist, which is always a risk...but his professionalism and business acumen are what calmed my fears about seeking a PC tech from craigslist.
Words to describe my experience include... efficient and thorough communications throughout the process, which always involves the computer user and the technician. He was open to my questions and always suggested how to make things better. I wanted a person who would help solve my computer problems for me --instead of asking me to solve them. He showed me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and why it would be better. He also educated me on further computer maintenance. Who does that in our current world?
His guidance and suggestions were SPOT ON.
I am thrilled with the results and KNOW that I have the correct technician that also provides continued support and guidance.

He is a good guy and willing to work with you and is negotiable, but may seem a bit quirky. Keep in mind he is a computer master. They are all a bit quirky. I say this in the most kindest and sweet meaning way possible. I personally like quirky people, they are never boring. Regardless he does his job and he does it well and guarantees his work. He is not a hacker, or scam artist like the rest of the ads you find on Craig's List which is where I found this needle in a hay stack. The majority are scam artists or hackers and are people whom you should fear and never allow to touch your most valuable possession... Your PC. Your PC is an extension of yourself and has all your personal and private information and you are so vulnerable when you allow just anyone into your PC. It's a Personal Computer for a reason and it is imperative that you protect it for the safety of yourself and others you associate with. Net Life Guards is a trusted source for your personal IT needs in my opinion.
