They are very quick and courteous in repairing the vacuum. I told them I was unhappy with the performance of the vacuum I brought in for repair and they took a great deal of time to talk about the features and benefits of vacuums. They are very knowledgeable. They actually helped me to find a vacuum that better suited my needs. I liked their honesty, service and expertise. Would highly recommend them.
