It took him 8 hours (10am to 6pm) to replace 2 fluorescent fixtures in the garage and a patio light! He had to take 2 trips to the hardware store that took him over 1 1/2 hours. The patio light installed the first time was a motion sensor and the second light was a tiny light with no power. I wanted a light that would be easily accessible (to make future bulb changes easier) to provide light when we are enjoying our outdoor patio.
The lights in the garage work fine. But the light on the patio is still not what I asked for. I wanted a light that I could turn on and off with a switch (NOT a motion light).
He was rude and told my tenant that I didn't understand the difficulty of re-wiring the light and that he should have charged me MORE!
