 + -1 moreNICK IS NOT A RESPONSIBLE PERSON; NEVER RETURNS CALLS WHEN YOU NEED HIM. ALWAYS LATE WITH HIS APPOINTMENTS. HIS INSTALLER, JOE, NEVER CALLS . HE JUST SHOWS UP WHEN HE WANTS TO. THE WORK IS STILL NOT COMPLETE.
