Jerry is the BEST at making Dell computers run FAST as lightning.

Jerry brought back Windows 7, and everything works again. I dropped the laptop off at his house, and it was back to operable condition in less than three days. Even though his fix of the second computer didn't last, I don't fault Jerry for the problem, because the computer was working fine when he returned it. Obviously, it needs more troubleshooting, but I have every confidence in Jerry's work. He was extremely reasonable about the cost of the work, too. Specializes in Dell products.

The process went extremely well, I went to Jerry's house and dropped off the computer. After a couple of days he called me and I came and picked it up. He was extremely professional and I enjoyed our conversation. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend to Jerry and will likely drop off my desktop to have him go through it also.

He did a perfect job. He explained everything so I could understand. Jerry was very quick and only charged me for his work time:not for his wait around time .Price very reasonable.

Jerry set up my new laptop and wireless printer. He transferred all the files from my old computer to my new laptop. He organized all of the wires behind my desk and made sure my wireless connection and everything else was working before he left.  He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable.  He offered to wipe the drive clean on my old computer and donate it to a local school.  I was very pleased with the service I received and his cost was very  reasonable.  I will definitely call Jerry again for any future computer service needs.

He was amazing.  He knew Cox's number by heart and got a few things straight. It took him almost no time and I've had professional technicians here for hours with far less results.

Made an appointment with Jerry.  He showed up at my home, on time, and fixed several issues I had with the internet and emails.  He also provide good information regarding programs and equipment.  Very happy with the experience.  Will definitely be using him again if I need to.

Jerry came to our house within a few hours of our first contact. He very quickly corrected software problems on two computers, and additionally provided good advice. I was having problems with the CD/DVD drive on my  laptop Dell computer (5 years old), and thought I would need a whole new optical drive unit.  Mr. Kay was able to completely fix the existing drive and charged me exactly the price he had quoted over the phone.  He was very knowedgeable and professional.

I called him and left a message. He called back within minutes and gave me directions to bring the computer to him. About 3 hours later he called and I picked up the computer...........all fixed. He also reccomended that I cancel the credit card that was involved in the transaction, which I did. I was very happy with his service.

He was very quick. My husband was very happy with him, but I think he goes a little too fast for Seniors.
