A GOOD COMPANY THAT HELPED ME PICK OUT MY NEW FAN. THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I WILL PASS THIS ON TO MY FRIENDS.

THEY WERE HARD TO SCHEDULE TO COME OUT. WHEN THEY DID COME OUT THE FIRST TIME, THEY DID NOT HAVE A LADDER BIG ENOUGH TO INSTALL THE ONE CEILING FAN, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS EXPLAINED TO THE SALESMAN, AND HAD TO COME BACK OUT TWO OR THREE MORE TIMES TO FINISH THE INSTALLATION. SHORTLY AFTER WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH BOTH FANS, WITH NOISE AND WITH THE MOTORS BURNING OUT HAVING TO BE REPLACED.

I WENT TO LAMPS PLUS LOOKING FOR A SMALLER CEILING FAN TO GO IN MY BOYS' ROOM NEAR THEIR BUNK BEDS. THE CLERK HELPED ME FIND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, AND AT A GREAT PRICE! THE FAN HAS SO MUCH POWER, I WAS AMAZED SINCE IT WAS SMALLER THAN MOST. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED AND RECOMMEND LAMPS PLUS HIGHLY!
