house cleaning
+ -1 moreHORRIBLE! I see that there is one VERY positive remark here, and I am completely shocked. I would not EVER recommend these people. They were 1/2 hour late. They did the worst job of any housecleaning service I have EVER seen. I had several people form an opinion to be sure that I wasn't being unreasonable, and 4 people were disgusted with the service. I was also confused about what they charged, and when I called, the owner was rather short, snotty and defensive.
Description of Work: 3 people arrived, stayed for 2 hours. They DID basic cleaning, but promised a deep cleaning. Very small house. They charged me more for the first time (typical) for a deep clean. Aside from the normal things, my priorities (written down for them) were the cobwebs and dust. Upon inspection (they had left) there was visible dust on just about everything. All lampshades, my printer, furniture, you could still EASILY see soap scum in the shower and easily scraped some up with my pinky nail, the soap dish was completely skipped, the tile by the breakfast bar was totally skipped (not mopped), the rest of the tile was left with dirt, scuff marks. Obvious things were skipped as well as my priorities. I asked for the fridge to be cleaned, they totally skipped it. I asked for the washer & dryer to be wiped, they were not. This was with THREE people sent from the service.

Description of Work: HAD MY CONDO CLEANED AND IT WAS DONE VERY WELL.
