They were good. They came out to look at the oven and they knew what they were doing. They checked to make sure it was working after they replaced it. I'm glad they could do it before the holidays. I got the 15% off senior discount.

The repair man was very professional. Fixed my washer and told me I did not need a new washer at this time. Also reinforced my washer which I was not charged for. Very happy with the service

I would not recommend them to anybody. They missed five appointments and they did not show up on time. I would not use them again.

Determined the cost to repair was about equal to the price of a new unit.

John arrived exactly on the dot. He was very friendly and diagnosed the problem very quickly. I had concerns because copper and aluminum wiring were touching in part of the dishwasher. He answered my questions in a very satisfactory fashion. His work was done quickly. The dishwasher has worked great the past 8 months.

I think I spent about a $100 on his services. He was okay. The technician knew his stuff and he fixed the machine. He didn't over charge me. He got the job done at a decent price. The overall experience was very good. I would probably use his services again in the future.

good, tho i wish i could have bought some of that cleaning solution to use on my own when necessary. john said it was too toxic for homeowners to use.

John was great. He offered to stop by the day I called but due to my schedule we had to wait. He let me know how much it would cost right away. After he replaced the part, he ensured that the washer would work well by having it run through a cycle. Because the normal burning rubber smell was a little stronger than normal, he stayed through a second run through just to make sure that things would operate well. Very thorough!

Replacing the dishwasher rinse dispenser was a more difficult job than John expected from his experience with similar jobs. Removing the door panel presented a challenge due to an insulation adhesive that was difficult to separate from the panel to get to the part. Total labor time was about double the estimated time and charge but John only charged for his original labor estimate. John also did a cleaning of the inside of the DW at no extra charge.

The trip charge was $45, labor $110, parts $60.40 plus tax. The installed a new evaporator fan motor. The returned my call within an hour. John himself did the work. He was very presentable, courteous and willing to explain or respond to any questions I had. He returned with the part needed on the same day.

Thank goodness I called John's. He is my new favorite appliance repair company. He was great; I have no complaints. Would recommend to anyone. We had another estimate for the fridge about a month earlier from a different company, and it was for $300(for the wrong diagnosis as it turns out). We never did the work until it stopped cooling again. Then John's came and actually correctly diagnosed the problem, and did the repair for around $100.

John came out, fixed the leak and let us know that if the fix didn't work he would install a new valve at just the cost for the part (no labor fee if he had to come back). The fix didn't work so he came right back with a new valve, installed it and only charged us for the valve. He was pleasant, informative and professional. I recommend him.

One thing that appealed to me about them was that they were very helpful and could explain exactly what I needed to have for the installation. They gave me a really good price on the work and I was very satisfied.
