Jason Kardos

My realtor and I realized that Jason was a kind and honorable person in the way that he treated his elderly client and actually helped her move. When my realtor was unavailable to help with the rental, I used Jason. There is no realtor, more patient, more, hard-working, more conscientious or responsive than Jason. He is very kind and ethical. He was extremely patient when  as a new landlord, I was  rejecting renters that I shouldn't have when he was putting in all of the work of showing the property.
He was a huge help with the transition with all of the issues that came up like a carpet soaked with pet urine. and has been very hands on both times, making many trips to the house. e.g. He brought me a free carpet remnant.
He responds mostly within 24 hours to phone calls and emails. He has given me some great advice and referrals and tips on inexpensive ways to do things.
He never really asked for much compensation but I gave him $1000 both times.
 I very much enjoy having him as a friend as well as realtor, now.
