house painters
 + -1 moreAfter the first rain, the paint fell off. They used a powdery patching compound, and I don't think they dried it properly. The paint came sliding off my house like frosting. I have contacted him multiple times but he has not responded.
Description of Work: I hired him to paint the exterior of my house.
