+ 0 moreIt has not gone well with this company. Unfortunately, there small amount of demo work that was approved by the project manager. When this company found out that their bid was not going to be selected for the whole project based on their poor pricing, they became angry and started making demands for payment for work that was not done. They became verbally abusive and demanding. Several months later and they are still making claims. BEWARE this company. They are small and not well capitalized. Their pricing is not competitive, and the work is done by less than seasoned workers.
Description of Work: We had solicited a bid from this company to do a substanial outdoor hardscape project (sidewalks, driveway, fencing, landscaping, etc) Their bid was exhorbitant and manyother bidders offered lower pricing and better references. Despite making multiple promises to revise their bid, they never did. Unfortunately, my project manager approved a very small amount of demolition work to be done, and that's when the real problems began.
