Description of Work: I reqested Burt to quote on the installation of a HVAC system for my home. He made an appointment to come inspect my home and quote the work. He never showed up. He made a second appointment with me to inspect my home and quote the work and never showed up. I missed time from work waiting on him not to mention the drive from work to my home to meet him. Total waste of my time and money
